Simple recipe: your homemade soothing gel
Ingredients:
1 large fresh aloe vera leaf (or pure gel purchased at a pharmacy)
A few drops of olive oil (nourishing) or peppermint essential oil (refreshing)
Preparation:
Cut the leaf lengthwise and scoop out the gel.
Blend it to obtain a smooth texture.

Application:
