š 4. Bread the rings
Dip each filled ring successively in flour, egg, and then breadcrumbs.
For extra crispiness, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating a second time.
š³ 5. Fry
Heat the oil in a deep skillet or deep fryer to approximately 170°C (330°F).
Fry the rings for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Drain them on paper towels.
š§ 6. Prepare the garlic butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Add the minced garlic and sautƩ for 1 to 2 minutes, just until fragrant.
