Directions
Begin by cleaning the wire basket thoroughly to remove any dust or debris.
If desired, spray paint the wire basket in a well-ventilated area. Use even strokes and allow it to dry completely.
Take the round tabletop and sand the edges if it’s made of wood to ensure a smooth finish.
Measure the diameter of the basket’s top to ensure the tabletop will fit securely.
Apply epoxy glue or strong adhesive to the rim of the basket.
Carefully place the tabletop onto the glued rim, pressing down gently to ensure it adheres well. Allow it to set according to the adhesive’s instructions.
Once everything is dry and secure, flip the basket, so the base is now the top, and the tabletop is securely in place.
Position the new side table in your desired location and style with books, a lamp, or decorative items.

Variations & Tips
For a personalized touch, consider using different materials for the tabletop, such as marble or reclaimed wood, to match your home’s aesthetic. You can also experiment with the height and width of the wire basket, depending on the space available. Additionally, add a layer of clear varnish to protect a wooden top from spills and scratches. For a playful twist, use a basket with a unique pattern or weave, adding texture and visual interest to the table.
