🧾 Ingredients (with weights & measures)
3 ripe medium avocados (about 600 g peeled & pitted) 🥑
60 g sweet corn (canned, drained) 🌽
1 small tomato (100 g, deseeded & diced) 🍅
½ red onion (50 g, finely chopped) 🧅
10 g fresh coriander (or flat-leaf parsley), finely chopped 🌿
1 small jalapeño or green chili (10 g, deseeded & finely chopped) 🌶️
20 ml lime juice (about 1 tbsp) 🍋
10 ml olive oil (about 1 tsp) 🫒
5 g fine salt (1 tsp) 🧂
2 g ground black pepper (½ tsp) ⚫
🍴 Step-by-Step Instructions
🥑 1. Prepare the Avocados
Cut the avocados in half, carefully remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a large bowl.
Mash gently with a fork or potato masher. Keep it slightly chunky so that some bites are creamy while others are firm.
💡 Tip: If you love ultra-smooth guacamole, use a blender or food processor.
🌶 2. Add Vegetables & Corn
Stir in the 60 g drained sweet corn. 🌽
Add the 100 g diced tomato for freshness and color. 🍅
Mix in the 50 g finely chopped red onion for a gentle sharpness. 🧅
Add the 10 g jalapeño (or chili), deseeded and finely chopped. Adjust the heat level depending on your spice tolerance. 🌶️🔥
