600 g carrots (about 6 medium carrots) π₯
30 g grated Parmesan cheese π§
40 g breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch) π

π΄ Step-by-Step Instructions
πͺ 1. Prepare the Carrots
Wash and peel 600 g of carrots.
Cut into sticks about 1 cm thick and 7 cm long, so they resemble fries (π₯).
π§ 2. Blanch and Dry
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add carrot sticks and blanch for 2 minutes to slightly soften.
Drain and immediately plunge into a bowl of ice water to stop cooking. βοΈ
Drain again and dry thoroughly with a clean towel or paper towels (π§»). This step ensures they get extra crispy!
π₯£ 3. Prepare the Coating
In a bowl, mix together:
40 g breadcrumbs
30 g grated Parmesan
2 g paprika
1 g garlic powder
5 g salt
2 g black pepper
