🥘 For the Lasagna:
9 to 12 lasagna sheets (pre-cooked or to cook, depending on package) 🍝
300 g (10 oz) mushrooms (button mushrooms or a forest mix), thinly sliced 🍄
200 g (7 oz) cooked ham (white or smoked), cut into strips or cubes 🍖
250 g (9 oz) mozzarella cheese, grated or sliced 🧀
50 g (2 oz) parmesan cheese, grated 🧂🧀
20 g (1.5 tbsp) butter 🧈
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 shallot, finely chopped 🧅
1 garlic clove (optional) 🧄
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿

🥛 For the Béchamel Sauce:
50 g (1.5 tbsp) butter 🧈
50 g (1.5 tbsp) flour 🌾
500 ml (2 cups) milk 🥛
100 ml (½ cup) heavy cream 🥥
Salt 🧂, pepper 🌶️, nutmeg ✨
👩🍳 Step-by-Step Preparation
1️⃣ Prepare the Mushroom Filling
Heat butter 🧈 with olive oil 🫒 in a large skillet.
Add the shallot 🧅, then the mushrooms 🍄 and garlic 🧄 (if using).
Cook until all the water evaporates and mushrooms are golden.
Season with salt 🧂, pepper 🌶️, nutmeg ✨, and parsley 🌿.
