🍗 2 thick chicken breasts
🧀 100 g melting cheese (mozzarella, comté, emmental, or raclette)
🧂 60 g grated Parmesan
🍞 80 g panko breadcrumbs (or classic breadcrumbs)
🥚 1 egg
🌾 2 tbsp flour
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
🧂 Salt & pepper
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil (for pan-frying) OR a drizzle of oil (for oven baking)
🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or chives) for garnish

1️⃣ Prepare the Stuffed Chicken
Slice each chicken breast lengthwise to create a pocket (do not cut all the way through).
