Ingredients:
• Fresh ears of corn (as many as you want)
• Butter or olive oil (for brushing)
• Salt and black pepper (to taste)
• Optional: lime juice, chili powder, cumin, cilantro, or your favorite spices

Method 1: Grilling with the Husk
1. Peel back a strip of the husk and remove the silk (corn hair).
2. Fold the husk back over the corn and soak the ears in cold water for 10 minutes (prevents burning).
3. Pat dry, then brush the outside with butter or oil and season lightly.
4. Grill over medium-high heat for about 15 minutes, turning every 3–5 minutes until husks are charred and kernels are tender.
5. Peel and enjoy with more butter or toppings of your choice!
