For the tartines:
8 slices of rustic country bread ๐ฅ
200 g of cooked ham (diced) ๐
200 g of grated cheese (Emmental, Comtรฉ, or Mozzarella โ your choice) ๐ง
100 ml of thick crรจme fraรฎche ๐ฅ
1 tablespoon of mustard (optional โ adds flavor)
A pinch of salt ๐ง
A pinch of black pepper

1. Preheat your oven ๐ฅ
Preheat to 200ยฐC (fan mode if possible).
Place the bread slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
